It is a one of a kind city that mixes sacred and profane and lives of mysteries and miracles, from the naturalistic beauty of the Vesuvio, to the Islands of Capri, Procida and Ischia, to Posillipo, and the volcanic area of Campi Flegrei once considered the gates of Hades.

A prestigious neoclassical building

Villa Doria d'Angri

In Naples, MEIM will be hosted at the marvelous Villa Doria D’Angri, a prestigious neoclassical building, dating from 1833 by will of the Prince Marcantonio Doria d’Angri. The architecture situated on the hill of Posillipo is based on the concept of the mixture between architecture and its surrounding landscape. For this reason, the Villa is included in the rock.

The enchanting terrazza surrounding the whole structure, the fine portico adorned with Ionic columns, the gardens, the fountains, the fine Pompeian ornaments, the mirrors, and the majolicas will be the frame of a learning experience that aims at expanding your horizons and perspectives.
