I chose the MEIM Master's program to acquire advanced skills in entrepreneurship and innovation, crucial aspects for addressing today's market challenges. I chose to pursue the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management (MEIM), in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management, to deepen my knowledge of entrepreneurship with an international perspective, a topic that is often overlooked and undervalued within Italian universities.
I believe that entrepreneurship should not be viewed with skepticism, as sometimes happens in Italy, but rather recognized as a fundamental driver of economic and social growth, capable of fostering innovation, creating jobs, and contributing to collective progress. In this sense, the MEIM offers a unique and stimulating environment where ideas take shape and are transformed into concrete realities, thanks to an ecosystem of connections, cross-fertilization, and collaboration.
The Master is not merely an academic program but a true journey of discovery for those who wish to challenge themselves every day, with the aim of improving both themselves and the world around them. The MEIM stands as an example of excellence and uniqueness within the Campania and Italian context, serving as a reference point for those who aspire to combine education, an international vision, and entrepreneurial capabilities.
I decided to enroll in the MEIM Master to expand my horizons and deepen my expertise in international entrepreneurship and creative thinking. After completing my degree in Business Economics at Parthenope University, I realized that to truly make an impact in today’s fast-paced world, I needed to develop a more global perspective, learn innovative problem-solving techniques, and foster my creativity. The MEIM program, with its unique focus on entrepreneurship and innovation, felt like the perfect fit to challenge myself and grow.
Thanks to the MEIM Master, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with organizations like the WMO (World Meteorological Organization), the IOS Foundation, and POLI.design. These collaborations have enabled me to work on innovative projects that tackle global challenges, further developing my problem-solving abilities and broadening my view of how design, technology, and entrepreneurship intersect.
As a creative person, I am also passionate about marketing and multimedia storytelling. I believe that combining these fields allows me to craft powerful messages and build genuine connections. The MEIM Master has given me the tools to turn creative ideas into impactful solutions, and I’m excited to explore new opportunities that merge marketing, multimedia, and entrepreneurship in my future career.
I chose the MEIM master’s program driven by a strong passion for entrepreneurship and by the ambition to enhance my competencies in an international context. From the outset, my objective was not only to consolidate the knowledge acquired during my academic journey, but also to develop new skills, broaden my perspectives, and gain practical tools to face the complexity of today’s business environment.
The program provided exactly that: a solid foundation in management and innovation, combined with the opportunity to engage with real entrepreneurial challenges. A particularly formative milestone was my experience at MIT, where I had the privilege of immersing myself in a dynamic ecosystem of innovation and forward-thinking ideas. This exposure allowed me to refine my mindset, strengthen my strategic vision, and better understand how entrepreneurship can drive meaningful impact on a global scale.
Looking back, the combination of the MEIM program and my MIT experience has been instrumental in shaping my professional growth. It has equipped me with the confidence, resilience, and determination to pursue an entrepreneurial path with the goal of creating value and contributing to sustainable innovation.
I chose to pursue the Meim Master because I was looking for an international experience that would combine rigorous theory with hands-on practice, in line with the MIT motto “Mens et Manus”—mind and hand. I wanted a program that would challenge me beyond the boundaries of traditional education and give me the tools to transform ideas into impactful, real-world solutions.
What makes the MEIM program truly unique is its experiential and international approach. The immersive module at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston exposed me to a culture of excellence and innovation, expanding my global perspective and sharpening my ability to think strategically in diverse contexts. At the same time, I had the opportunity to work on projects in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, the World Meteorological Organization, and the iOS Apple Foundation Academy. These experiences allowed me to engage with critical issues such as sustainability, circular economy, user experience, and digital innovation, strengthening both my problem-solving skills and my ability to connect business, design, and technology.
Through these challenges, I learned not only how to approach problems with creativity and critical thinking, but also how to foster collaboration, lead diverse teams, and translate vision into action. The MEIM program has been a transformative journey, shaping me into a professional with a global mindset, an innovation-driven approach, and the confidence to contribute meaningfully in fast-changing, interdisciplinary environments.
For me, this Master is more than an academic achievement—it is a training ground where international collaboration, creativity, and entrepreneurship converge. It embodies the principle that true innovation emerges when knowledge and practice go hand in hand, preparing me to make a tangible impact in the world.

During my time in Boston, collaborating with MIT, I was immersed in an environment that celebrated curiosity, experimentation and bold thinking. That experience strengthened my passion for innovation and showed me how entrepreneurship is not only about building businesses, but about transforming ideas into tangible value.
This program has allowed me to develop a strong entrepreneurial mindset, that combines creativity, critical thinking and adaptability, and has given me the confidence to approach challenges with vision and purpose.
I decided to join the MEIM Master because I have always been fascinated by international environments and by the chance to study in a university that collaborates with such an important institution like MIT. For me, it was a dream to be part of a program that brings together global excellence and local growth.
After completing my studies in Business Economics at Parthenope University, I felt the need to push myself further, to look beyond national borders and develop a more global perspective. The MEIM program, with its strong focus on entrepreneurship and innovation, seemed the perfect opportunity to challenge myself and gain the skills needed to contribute to today’s competitive world.
At the same time, I feel deeply connected to my city and my land. Naples has an incredible potential, and I would like to see it achieve the recognition it deserves. By choosing this master, I also wanted to support the growth of Parthenope University, which is becoming more and more important in the academic landscape.
Finally, as a passionate sports enthusiast, especially in football, I hope that the knowledge and network I will gain through MEIM will open the doors for me to work in this field. For me, sport is not only passion but also a way to create value and connect people.
Most importantly, this experience has completely changed the way I look at opportunities and growth, teaching me to see potential and innovation in everything that surrounds us.
After my experiences abroad and with a master’s degree almost completed, I didn’t want to stop: I still had so much curiosity about my career. I have always been passionate about entrepreneurship and sustainable technology, and after creating an innovative startup, I felt the need to be in a context with people who had already experienced the same feelings: the desire to grow in an international environment and to change the way of seeing things.
At MEIM I have the opportunity to engage with professors who stimulate my creativity, understand and value my passions and strengths, and offer me precious advice on entrepreneurship, management, and design.
One of the unique parts of the program is the chance to spend time in Boston at MIT, universally recognized as the best university in the world for science, engineering, and technology. There you breathe pure innovation: for me, it is an extraordinary experience that confirms every day that choosing MEIM was the right decision.
MEIM and MIT allow you to expand your network with people from all over the world, people who can inspire you and help you build your own vision.
If I had to choose again, I would choose MEIM over and over.
When I chose this Master, I knew it was the best opportunity I could take among all the alternatives. I was looking for a program that would allow me to stay in my city while keeping an international perspective and an innovation-driven mindset. This Master offered exactly that.
The chance to study at MIT in Boston gave us the possibility to experience this kind of international environment first-hand. After one year, I can confirm that the learning by doing approach is the most effective way to truly acquire skills: learning models followed immediately by practice. It’s a revolutionary method compared to the traditional way of studying, and it really makes the difference.
Looking back, I can say without hesitation that I would make the same choice again. Experiences like the Apple Developer Academy or the workshop in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano have allowed us to work in multicultural and interdisciplinary environments. With my economic background, I had the chance to expand my knowledge in fields such as computer science and engineering, stepping out of my comfort zone and discovering new perspectives.
This journey has been much more than just academic growth—it has been a real opportunity to challenge myself, to connect with people from different cultures and disciplines, and to prepare for the next steps in an international career.
